RealtyWebPage.net is a service provided by Seltice Systems LLC. RealtyWebPage.net is a web-based software solution used by Real Estate Agents to setup their public websites. Services provided to our customers and visitors is subject to the terms of service agreement below.

If you find any information, links, or inaccuracies on our customers' websites, please first contact the customer using the contact information on their website.

Websites on our servers may link to other websites, maps, email addresses, or documents on the web owned by 3rd parties. These linked-to locations operate under their own terms of service agreements. Seltice Systems LLC and our customers are NOT responsible for the terms, privacy, or content of 3rd party websites. If you follow links to 3rd party websites, you do so at your own risk.

Seltice Systems LLC and its customers are NOT responsible for the methods in which these 3rd party services collect, store and use information collected from its visitors. Our customers sometimes link to 3rd party websites to provide further informaiton about a given topic. If for any reason the website being linked to should change its content or lose its domain name to an authority who posts questionable or illegal material, please notify the customer from the originating website so that they may remedy the problem as quickly as possible.

The accuracy of mapping data and property locations provided MUST BE VERIFIED by your REALTOR® These locations are estimates based on geocoded data created by analyzing the address of properties by computers. They are only meant to act as location estimations, but are not for driving directions, exact locations, or other use.

Some information is collected and stored about our visitors, including, but not limited to, IP address, referring websites and pageviews. When you submit your information through an online form, that information is placed in a database for use by the specific customer of Seltice Systems LLC whom you are trying to contact. Seltice Systems LLC is not responsbible for the privacy practices of its customers, nor how they store, contact or use the personal information they collect from their website visotors, customers, or clients.

You further acknowledge and agree that Seltice Systems LLC, RealtyWebPage.net, Affiliates, and Customers, shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss, financial or otherwise, caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
